As a Restaurant Support, you'll play an important part in keeping the restaurant and bar running smoothly. You'll work closely with our serving team to make sure everything is clean, organised and ready for service, while helping our guests experience the theatrics of our food and drinks menus.
Your day-to-day will include:
Keeping the restaurant and bar areas clean, tidy and ready for service
Polishing cutlery, glassware and plates to our high standards
Supporting our servers throughout service
Clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently
Helping to keep the restaurant stocked and organised
Supporting the wider team wherever you're needed
Helping create a clean, welcoming and memorable experience for every guest
You'll need a keen eye for detail, great communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. You'll also need to be comfortable working at pace, getting stuck in and helping your teammates when things get busy.
This is a brilliant starting point for someone looking to build a career in hospitality. We'll give you all the training you need to succeed, and as you develop your skills and confidence, there are opportunities to progress into a Server role and beyond.
