Responsibilities
Assist lead teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities that cater to varied learning styles.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, especially those with special educational needs or disabilities.
Support students with autism and other developmental challenges by implementing tailored strategies that promote inclusion and participation.
Help maintain a positive, safe, and organized classroom environment by managing materials and encouraging respectful behavior.
Contribute to creative writing exercises and literacy activities that stimulate imagination and communication skills.
Mentor students through academic tasks, fostering confidence and independence in their learning journey.
Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and specialists to monitor student progress and adapt support strategies accordingly.
Skills
Strong understanding of special education principles and experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism.
Experience working with children across different age groups, demonstrating patience and adaptability.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with educators, students, and families.
Proven ability in tutoring or mentoring students to achieve their academic goals.
Creative writing skills that can be integrated into literacy activities to inspire student expression.
Ability to implement inclusive teaching strategies tailored to diverse learning needs.
