bout the role:
D
- eliver safe, structured and high-quality family time sessions.
O- bserve, assess and report on interactions between children and family members.
P- rovide practical support and guidance to both children and parents.
P- romote positive parenting and address challenges such as co-parenting and engagement.
C- arry out risk assessments and act decisively to safeguard children.
M- anage a caseload, keeping accurate and timely records.
P- roduce professional reports that may inform court proceedings.
W- ork collaboratively with other professionals and attend court when required Your work will directly contribute to informed decision-making and better outcomes for children.
W
hat we’re looking for:

- as experience working with children and families, ideally within safeguarding or family support services.
C- an confidently assess risk, make sound decisions and produce high-quality reports.
H- as strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with families, including those with complex needs.
I- s organised, able to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
U- nderstands best practice frameworks (e.g. CAFCASS, NACCC).
