We have grown steadily since this date, building a carefully curated team of automotive specialists across several markets. Hilton Group is going through an exciting time of growth with a new state of the art facility being built on our HQ site. We have a workforce of around 90 employees and quickly growing, based at our premises in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire, UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for the painting process, including sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
- Mix colours using multiple mixing schemes
- Ensure all vehicles are prepped to the highest standard, meeting the company’s quality expectations.
- Paint vehicles to a high standards
- Machine polish painted panels.
- Train existing team to develop paint preparation skills
- Liaise with customers in the Managers absence.
To be considered for the role, you will have:
- Attention to detail is paramount
- 5 years + experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer
- Experience as a Prep Technician within the automotive industry.
- Vehicle polishing experience.
- Comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment
- Team player
- Prepare vehicles for the painting process, including sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
- Ensure all vehicles are prepped to the highest standard, meeting the company’s quality expectations.
- Work closely with the paint team to ensure a smooth transition from preparation to painting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £36,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
