We’re looking for a Patient Services Lead to become a key member of our team at ProHealth Chiropractic.

This is more than a reception role. You will be responsible for creating an outstanding patient experience while helping oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our front-of-house operations.
The Role
You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important role in ensuring every visit runs smoothly and professionally.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and looking after patients
- Booking and managing appointments
- Taking payments and managing accounts
- Discussing and processing recommended care plans
- Recommending appropriate products and services
- Organising reception rotas
- Assisting with staff training and maintaining standards
- Insurance invoicing and administration
- Supporting the wider team with operational and administrative tasks
The role will involve approximately 30 hours per week across Monday to Friday, including up to two evenings per week.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with people and delivering excellent customer service
- Is organised, proactive and dependable
- Is confident discussing recommendations and options with patients
- Has strong communication skills
- Takes ownership and pride in their work
- Works well as part of a close-knit team
Experience in customer service, administration, healthcare, sales, hospitality, retail or a supervisory role would be advantageous.
