Bowood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants to join our award-winning team. Every day is different, from serving breakfast in our elegant Shelburne Restaurant to delivering weddings, conferences and private events or welcoming golfers and hotel guests to our Clubhouse Bar.

The Role
Working across our hospitality outlets, you'll provide warm, professional service while maintaining the high standards expected of a luxury hotel.
What you will be doing

Deliver exceptional food and beverage service

Welcome hotel guests, members and visitors

Take food and drink orders accurately

Serve food and drinks professionally

Prepare restaurant, bar and event spaces

Support weddings, conferences and banqueting events

Maintain outstanding cleanliness and food safety standards

Work closely with colleagues across the hotel to ensure every guest receives first-class service
We are looking for someone who

Has previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar or hospitality environment

Enjoys providing excellent customer service

Is flexible to work evenings and weekends
Hours
40 hours per week, 5 days from 7 on a rota basis.
Typical shifts:
7.00am – 3.30pm
3.00pm – 11.30pm
Flexibility is essential.
Own reliable transport is essential due to the rural location which is easily commutable from Chippenham, Swindon, Devizes, Melksham, Bath, Corsham and surrounding Wiltshire areas.
