Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Food and Drinks Runner to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role involves delivering food and beverages swiftly and efficiently within a busy restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and a keen eye for detail to ensure guest satisfaction. Previous experience in hospitality, food preparation, or delivery services is advantageous. This position offers an engaging work environment where teamwork and excellent guest service are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders accurately to designated tables or guests in a timely manner.
- Assist with setting up dining areas, including clearing tables and restocking supplies as needed.

- Ensure all food safety standards are maintained during handling and delivery.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and guests to coordinate orders and special requests.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including cleaning trays and delivery carts.
- Support the team during busy periods by assisting with additional tasks such as refilling condiments or assisting in food preparation when required.
- Uphold high standards of guest service by demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or food delivery is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Valid driving licence with experience as a delivery driver is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or orders safely.
