The Role
Working each afternoon and evening, you'll become the administrative hub of our operation, ensuring all daily information is accurately recorded and management has everything needed for the following day.
You'll liaise with supervisors, update live spreadsheets, prepare reports and help keep our projects running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Update daily room completion spreadsheets.
- Process progress updates received from site supervisors.
- Record and verify staff hours ready for payroll.
- Produce daily operational reports.
- Prepare work schedules and task lists for the following day.
- Monitor project progress against targets.
- Respond to emails and administrative enquiries.
- Maintain organised digital records and project documentation.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork for new staff.
- Support management with general administrative duties.
- Carry out weekly administrative tasks for other areas of the business when required.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Word.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional, reliable and proactive.
- Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential.

Additional Information
During our busiest operational week (30th August – 5th September), additional hours may be available to support project delivery. Any extra hours worked will be paid at the standard hourly rate.
