About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated and community-minded Senior Employment Advisor to join our growing Employment & Skills team.
This is more than a traditional employment advisor role. Alongside managing your own caseload, you’ll act as a senior member of the team—supporting colleagues, maintaining excellent quality standards, developing referral partnerships and helping shape the future of our service.
You’ll be just as comfortable coaching a participant into work as you are networking with local partners, supporting community events or helping a colleague solve a complex case.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Manage your own caseload, supporting people into employment, education and training.
· Deliver high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance through one-to-one coaching and group sessions.
· Support colleagues with case management, compliance and sharing best practice.
· Carry out quality checks to ensure participant records and evidence meet contract requirements.
· Build relationships with referral partners, employers and community organisations.
· Represent Evolve at community events, networking meetings and outreach activities.
· Help grow our community presence and engage residents who could benefit from our support.
· Contribute to achieving ambitious project outcomes whilst maintaining exceptional customer service.
We’re Looking for Someone Who…
· Has experience delivering employment or skills support, ideally in a community setting.
· Loves working with people and can quickly build trust with individuals from all backgrounds.
· Has excellent organisational skills and understands the importance of quality and compliance.
· Enjoys working collaboratively and supporting colleagues to succeed.
· Is proactive, flexible and happy to get involved in community activities and events.
