Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pet Sitter to provide exceptional overnight care for pets in their own home environment. This is a self employed role and the jobs are provided on an ad-hoc basis. The majority of the jobs are throughout the summer months.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for animals and the ability to ensure their safety, comfort, and happiness while their owners are away. This role requires a responsible individual who can manage various pet care tasks and maintain a high level of customer service.

Duties
- Attend to the daily needs of pets, including feeding, walking, and administering medication if required.
- Provide companionship and engage with pets to ensure their emotional well-being. (Must not leave the dog alone for over 4 hours)
- Maintain cleanliness in the pet's living area by performing light cleaning duties.
- Monitor the health and behaviour of pets, reporting any concerns to the owner promptly.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pet's needs and any relevant updates during the sitting period.
Experience
- Previous experience in animal care is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships with pet owners.
- Ability to manage multiple pets and adapt to different animal behaviours effectively.
- A genuine passion for animals and commitment to providing high-quality care.
