We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operative to join our team, focusing on surface preparation and coatings. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks including captive blasting, planning, retexturing, diamond grinding, and specialist coating applications. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel extensively within the UK and occasionally across Europe.
What you need?
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- CSCS card holder (preferred)
- Previous experience in surface works (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 (preferred)
- Able/willing to travel extensively and stay away from home as required by project demands
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
- Able to pass a safety critical medical
