You’ll bring experience of supporting people with multiple unmet needs, which may include rough sleeping, substance use, mental health needs, contact with the criminal justice system or barriers to housing.
You’ll also have:

The confidence to engage people who may be reluctant to accept support.

Good organisation, prioritisation and record-keeping skills.

The ability to build effective partnerships across statutory and voluntary services.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Knowledge of Coventry’s local services, housing pathways and community networks would be valuable.
