Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm (30 Minutes Lunch)

Role Overview
The Sales Support Administrator will play a key role in supporting our External Account Managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, customer service, and data management to maintain excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to External Account Managers, assisting with daily tasks.
- Communicate with clients and colleagues via email and telephone to ensure seamless coordination.
- Accurately maintain and update customer records using Microsoft Office and OGL Profit4 (training provided).
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all client interactions are professional and efficient.
- Assist in order processing, quotations, and general sales administration to support business operations.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear, professional interactions.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – experience with OGL Profit4 is beneficial but not essential (training provided).
