We are seeking a reliable Part Time Office Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. This role is suitable for individuals seeking part-time employment, with an emphasis on attention to detail and a professional attitude. Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is advantageous.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order and stored correctly after use
- Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all times
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within allocated timeframes
- Good organisational skills and reliability.
- A positive attitude and professional approach to work duties.
- Ability to carry out general repairs and maintenance work.
