Construction Cleaner Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning construction and renovation sites, ensuring properties are presented to a high standard and ready for inspection, handover, or occupancy. The role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and adherence to health and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities Clean construction sites, newly built properties, and renovation projects. Remove dust, debris, packaging, and waste materials from work areas. Sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors. Clean windows, frames, fixtures, fittings, and other surfaces. Carry out sparkle cleans and final cleans to a high standard. Dispose of waste in accordance with site and environmental regulations. Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively. Follow all site health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE. Report any hazards, damages, or issues to the supervisor. Requirements Valid CSCS Card (required). Previous construction cleaning or cleaning experience preferred. Good understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and capable of performing manual cleaning tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude. Full UK driving licence is an advantage. Working Conditions Working on construction and refurbishment sites. Indoor and outdoor work environments. May require travel between different site locations. PPE must be worn at all times when required.
