Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of Airbnb properties between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning essentials to ensure readiness for new guests
- Inspect properties for any maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly to management
- Follow established cleaning protocols to meet health and safety standards while maintaining efficiency
- Communicate professionally with property managers or hosts regarding cleaning schedules and property condition
- Maintain cleanliness logs and record completed tasks accurately for accountability
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members or property managers
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Basic physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment
