What you’ll be doing:
We are looking for a Paint Technician to carry out all Bodyshop work in an efficient and safe manner, to meet the business requirements and maximise workshop utilisation and productivity.
Your key responsibilities as a Paint Technician will be:

To accurately undertake the preparation and repainting of motor vehicles

Fulfil all tasks to the customer's complete satisfaction

Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with the retailer, manufacturer and industry guidelines

Carry out all repairs according to best practice procedures

Use all paint mixing schemes and drying areas/equipment accurately for all paint repairs

Attend specialised training as required

internal and manufacturer requirements

Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure product and service knowledge is up to date

Mentor and provide guidance to apprentice technicians, where applicable
What we need from you:
As a Paint Technician, you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:

Excellent attention to detail

Strong experience in car preparation and painting
-
Experience within the accident repair and Bodyshop industry.
