Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Job Type: Full-time, Office Based
We are looking for an organised and proactive Installations Manager to join our growing
team based in Bromsgrove.
This is a fast-paced office-based role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring our
installation projects run smoothly from completion through to aftercare. You’ll be the main
point of contact for customers following their installation, coordinating suppliers and
subcontractors, and keeping projects organised from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with customers following the completion of the works.
- Chasing outstanding customer payments.
- Booking accommodation for installation teams.
- Obtaining the best prices and arranging scaffolding for upcoming jobs.
- Scheduling collections once works have been completed.
- Booking and coordinating service calls and remedial works.
- Managing installation schedules and keeping records up to date.
- Communicating with customers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure a smooth service.
- Providing general administrative support to the department.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Can confidently manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload.
- Has strong communication and customer service skills.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and works well under pressure.
- Pays excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a scheduling, coordination or installations role would be advantageous, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Roofing knowledge preferred but not essential.
