We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our busy independent garage in Rudgwick, West Sussex.
We're offering £38,000 – £45,000 depending on experience, plus a productivity bonus, and Monday – Friday working with absolutely no weekends.

The Job
You'll be working across a range of vehicles carrying out:
- Servicing and routine maintenance
- Mechanical repairs
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- MOT preparation and associated repairs
- General workshop duties
- Checking and signing off your own work
We expect work to be completed efficiently, safely and to a high standard. You'll be trusted to get on with your work without someone constantly looking over your shoulder.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced technician with at least 2 years' workshop experience.
You'll need:
- Good mechanical and diagnostic skills
- The ability to work independently
- Good attention to detail
- A sensible, methodical approach to fault finding
- Pride in your workmanship
- A reliable approach to work
- The ability to work well within a small team
- A full UK driving licence
An MOT licence or Level 3 qualification would be an advantage, but isn't essential. We're interested in what you can actually do.
What You Get
