Epic Events is growing, and we’re looking for more amazing entertainers to join our team!
We’re looking for fun, confident and energetic people who genuinely enjoy working with children and want to make every party one they’ll remember.
Our parties are loud, fun and full of energy — so if you’re someone who loves getting involved, dancing, being a little silly and getting a whole room of children excited, you’ll probably fit right in!
We currently have parties and events across London, Kent, Essex and surrounding areas, with more locations being added as we grow.
And we’re not stopping there...
WE’RE EXPANDING INTERNATIONALLY!
Epic Events is also expanding into South Africa , which means there could be exciting opportunities in the future to work on events internationally and potentially travel as part of the Epic Events team.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Every party is different, but your role could include:
- Hosting children's birthday parties and keeping the energy going from start to finish
- Leading games, competitions, dances and interactive activities
- Getting involved with musical statues, limbo, pass the parcel, dance-offs and more
- Working with different age groups and making sure everyone gets involved
- Entertaining children alongside our mascots and themed characters
- Using music, lights, bubbles, props and other equipment to create an exciting party atmosphere
- Setting up and packing away equipment before and after events
- Speaking with parents and venues in a friendly and professional way
- Representing Epic Events positively at every event
Basically, your job is to walk into a room and make it feel like a party!
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Honestly, personality is a huge part of this job.
You don't necessarily need loads of entertainment experience. If you're naturally confident, love performing and aren't afraid to get involved, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for people who are:
- Fun, enthusiastic and full of energy
- Confident speaking to groups of children and parents
- Comfortable leading games, dancing and activities
- Reliable and organised
- Good at thinking on your feet
- Friendly and professional
- Happy getting involved and being a little silly when the party calls for it!
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Passionate about creating great experiences for children
Experience in children's entertainment, childcare, performing arts, dancing, acting, singing or hosting is a bonus — but personality and confidence matter just as much.
You don't have to be a professional performer. If you've got the right attitude and can bring the energy, we can help you develop your skills.
A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS
Because our parties take place at different venues, you will need:
- Your own transport
- A full UK driving licence
- Weekend availability
- To be reliable and punctual
- To be comfortable travelling to different venues
Most of our work is at weekends, making this ideal for someone looking for flexible work alongside other commitments, or someone wanting to build experience in the entertainment industry.
