You will be required to report mainly on GI biopsies with some reporting on benign GI resections. There is no requirement for MDT cover or known cancer resections

Ability to join weekly consensus meeting for difficult cases
The GI pathology service functions as a fully integrated unit with all members contributing to a team-based approach
The post holder will have the following:

The right to work in the UK
-
Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) or be in the process of registering for a licence to practice

Ideally be on the Specialist Register

Experience in GI pathology reporting
- Monthly payment system
- Revalidation, CPD and appraisal documentation support
