Location: Mallusk, Newtownabbey
Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £27,500 per year
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organised and driven Stock Controller to take charge of our warehouse and materials management.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take delivery of goods and process associated paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct regular (minimum weekly) stock takes and manage stock levels to meet project demands.
- Order materials based on job-specific bills of materials.
- Keep our warehouse professionally organised, clean, and always customer-ready.
- Purchase materials in line with budgets, stock targets, and company processes.
- Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with suppliers.
- Identify market opportunities to negotiate better terms and pricing.
- Support warehouse operations, assist in the office, and occasionally handle site-based deliveries.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within solar, electrical, or construction industries.
- A trustworthy individual who embodies our core values and has a strong sense of integrity.
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and familiarity with lean practices like 5S.
- Proficient using stock and CRM software (e.g., Sage, Salesforce) and strong numerical skills.
- A strong team player with great interpersonal skills — you’ll liaise across installs, finance, ops, suppliers, and customers.
- Self-motivated, able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving license and forklift license are required. MEWP and Telehandler certifications are a plus!
