Location: Leeds
Salary: £26,500–£30,000 (dependent on experience) + Uncapped Commission
Typical Commission Earnings:
- Year 1: £8,000
- Year 2: £15,000
- Year 3: £25,000+
Holiday: 30 days (rising to 35) including 8 bank holidays

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Leeds team. This is your chance to build a rewarding career in a rapidly growing company with excellent earning potential and clear progression paths.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients across Leeds and nearby areas
- Source, interview, and place candidates in rewarding nursing and healthcare roles
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from advertising jobs to arranging interviews and closing placements
- Drive your own success in a role where your efforts directly impact your earnings
What We’re Looking For
- Background in sales or recruitment (healthcare experience a plus but not essential)
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Driven, ambitious, and career-focused with a hunger to succeed
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
