Manufacturing Co-ordinatorJoin Teconnex and Help Drive Manufacturing Excellence
Teconnex is looking for a proactive Manufacturing Co-ordinator to support our production teams by ensuring manufacturing processes are followed consistently, employees understand the required standards, and any additional training or support needs are identified.
Working closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering you will play a key role in improving performance, maintaining quality standards, and developing the capability of our manufacturing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure they are being followed correctly and consistently.
- Support production teams by providing guidance and coaching on manufacturing methods and best practice.
- Assess employee competency and identify where additional training or support is required.
- Work with Team Leaders and the Training team to coordinate and deliver development plans.
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions are understood and followed.
- Help reduce defects, scrap and rework by promoting good manufacturing practices.
- Maintain accurate training and competency records.
- Work closely with Production teams to resolve process issues and support continuous improvement.
- Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
What We're Looking For Essential
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Confident assessing how work is carried out and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to support and influence others.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail and a user of exel.
