We are looking for reliable and motivated Factory Operatives to become part of our production team. Whether you have previous manufacturing or woodworking experience, or simply possess good practical skills and a willingness to learn, we'd like to hear from you.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm
30-minute lunch break at 12:30pm
Overtime opportunities available when required
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing high-quality timber windows and external doors
Using a range of hand and power tools
Operating production machinery (full training provided where required)
Working to high quality standards
Working safely as part of a friendly and supportive team
What We're Looking For
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Good practical skills and attention to detail
Manufacturing or woodworking experience is desirable but not essential
Willingness to learn new skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
