Overview:
Join our team as a Retail Adviser and play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment. As a Retail Adviser, you will engage with customers, offer product recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Provide product information, pricing, and promotions to customers
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Excellent time management to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail setting
- Organizational skills to maintain product displays and store cleanliness
