Bills included
£150 chair rent per week
Responsibilities
- Provide expert hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and understanding client desires
- Upsell products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and practice effective store management skills
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining a clean workspace
- Mentor junior staff or apprentices when applicable, sharing techniques and best practices to foster growth
Experience
- Proven experience in hairdressing with a strong portfolio of diverse styles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their vision clearly
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services naturally while maintaining high levels of customer service
- Prior experience managing appointments or front desk responsibilities in a salon setting is advantageous
- Ability to work independently as a self-employed professional while adhering to health and safety standards
