Warehouse Supervisor – Goods Out Operations
Monster Group is a fast-growing e-commerce business with a busy distribution operation supplying customers across the UK and beyond. We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our Scunthorpe Distribution Centre (DN15 8QW) and help lead our Goods Out operation.
Working alongside another supervisor, you will help oversee the smooth running of the Goods Out department, ensuring customer orders are dispatched accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily dispatch of customer orders across multiple courier networks including DHL, DPD, DX, Evri, Spavins, and Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime.
- Create and process pick lists and courier labels accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all orders are processed correctly and dispatched within required deadlines.
- Check outbound pallets and warehouse transfers for accurate labelling, secure stacking, and courier compliance.
- Allocate replenishment tasks and monitor outbound transfer accuracy.
- Carry out regular warehouse floor walks to monitor productivity and housekeeping standards.
- Lead, motivate, and support Warehouse Operatives across picking, packing, replenishment, and FLT activities.
- Allocate tasks effectively based on daily operational priorities.
- Support warehouse operations during management cover days, including Fridays and Sundays.
- Provide holiday cover and operational support for the Goods In & Out Manager where required.
Skills We Love:
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar warehouse leadership role.
- Confident and clear communicator who can lead a team and delegate effectively.
- Organised, proactive, and performance-focused.
- Experience with Asana or Orderwise is a bonus - training will be provided.
- A great motivator with a positive, can-do approach and the ability to resolve challenges on the go.

Working Hours:
- Full time - 2 weekly rotational shift pattern. Week 1 - 8.30am-5.00pm, Monday-Friday. Week 2 - 8.30am-5.00pm, Sunday-Thursday (37.5hrs per week).
- You will be based at our Scunthorpe Distribution Centre (DN15 8QW).

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
