- Build strong relationships with clients through friendly communication, ensuring repeat business and positive experiences

- Educate clients on hair care routines, product recommendations, and maintenance tips
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service, ensuring a positive client experience from start to finish
- Skilled in hair styling techniques such as cutting, coloring, blow-drying, and finishing touches
- Proficient communication skills in English to effectively interact with diverse clients and team members
- Strong barbering skills including traditional cuts, fades, shaves, and grooming services
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and understand client preferences
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
