Duties
- Assist prospective tenants with property viewings and provide detailed information about available properties
- Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring a high standard of customer service
- Manage and maintain accurate records of property listings, viewings, and applicant details using our CRM system
- Support the preparation of tenancy agreements and other documentation required for lettings
- Coordinate with landlords and tenants to facilitate smooth move-in processes
- Conduct market research to stay informed about local rental trends and competitor activity
- Organise property inspections and ensure properties meet health and safety standards
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Professional demeanour with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
