Summary
We are seeking a skilled Plumber or a versatile Multi-Trader to join our team in London or Kent. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of property maintenance projects, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing repairs and installations to industry standards.
- Assist with general property maintenance tasks including carpentry, assembly, and minor repairs.
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following health and safety regulations.
- Support refurbishment projects by providing technical expertise.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in plumbing is essential.
- Versatility in handling multiple trades such as carpentry, assembly, or general repairs is preferred.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
- Mechanical knowledge and basic math skills are advantageous.
- Valid driving license for commercial driving is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
