The Bustard Inn is a long‑established, family‑run 2 AA Rosette restaurant with a reputation for exceptional food, a highly organised kitchen, and a Head Chef who has led our brigade since our major revamp in 2007.
We are looking for a reliable, motivated Senior CDP or Junior Sous who wants to learn, grow, and support a top‑tier kitchen. This role is ideal for a chef who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a structured environment, and wants genuine progression.
What you’ll be doing
- Working closely with our Head Chef to deliver Michelin‑recommended, AA Rosette‑standard dishes
- Running sections confidently and maintaining high standards of organisation
- Supporting the team and stepping up when required
- Helping with menu development and daily specials
- Keeping the kitchen disciplined, clean, and consistent
What we’re looking for
- A strong CDP or Junior Sous with solid fundamentals
- Someone reliable, disciplined, calm, and organised
- A chef who respects structure and enjoys working in a well‑run kitchen
- A positive team player with a genuine desire to progress
- Someone who wants to learn from one of Lincolnshire’s most respected chefs
