We are looking for a good all round Plumber Multi Trader to work within Property services. It will involve carrying out repairs & maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. You must have 1-2 of the other following trades so either, Minor Carpentry, Tiling, Patch Plastering, Locks, UPVC, windows, Painting work experience
Daily Multi Trader responsibilities are:
- Carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties
- Providing a high level of customer care
- Strong Plumbing experience
Multi Trader Requirements:
- Must have a full UK driving licence
Benefits for the Multi Trader role:
- £45,000 - £50,000 basic salary plus excellent benefits
- Van and fuel card supplied
- 33 days paid holiday
Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
