We are seeking a motivated and versatile Barista/all rounder to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various operational tasks and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude and be willing to do what is necessary on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service & sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all work areas, ensuring a tidy environment.
- Taking customer orders accurately & putting them through the till.
- Cleaning tables, floors & loading the dishwasher.
- Open or Close down duties.
- Some basic food prep.
Skills
- Basic Latte Art is a necessity .
- Knowledge of all things coffee.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn new skills.
