Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care (Home Care)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations, delivering high-quality person-centred care, supporting and developing staff, managing safeguarding concerns, overseeing quality assurance, and driving continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Nominated Individual, care team, service users, families, and external professionals to ensure outstanding care outcomes and a safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led service.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous management experience within health and social care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and legislation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
