Location: Office-based role near Alton, Hampshire
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: £13.50 per hour
We are looking for an organised and reliable Fleet Support Controller to join our busy team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, working with engineers and keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking jobs for mobile engineers across the South
- Responding to customer emails with ETAs and repair updates
- Liaising with engineers regarding parts, job progress and revisits
- Invoicing customers and uploading images to invoice portals
- Obtaining order numbers using QuickBooks and CV Link
- Ordering parts and managing stock levels
- Booking in-house vehicle maintenance, including MOTs and repairs
About You:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using email and computer systems
- Experience with invoicing systems (QuickBooks/CV Link preferred but not essential)
- Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Previous administration or workshop experience is an advantage
