Receptionist/Customer Care Assistant required by Temple End Vets at our Stokenchurch hospital.
Smart, confident, friendly individual with good customer service and computer skills. This role would suit an organized person with an eye for cleanliness. Some hands on assistance to the vet may be required, training will be given. Some administration is also required in this role.
The position covers afternoons 2pm - 7:00pm Monday to Friday. There will also be a rota for weekend working which is shared equally between a team of receptionists from multiple sites. This means that the number of working weekends per year can increase or decrease according to staffing levels, however is currently one in eight weekends. The hours on a working weekend are:
Saturday from 7.45 to 4.00 pm
Sunday from 8.45am to 11.00 am
Some additional hours would be worked to cover some of the morning receptionist's holidays (hours 7.45 am to 1.30pm) for up to 4 weeks per year.
