Average of 12-16 hrs per week plus scope for overtime.
Working days will include some Saturdays & Sundays and Fridays- applicants must be flexible to pick up additional hours when required. Our working hours are between 9.30am and 5.15pm
This is a fantastic opportunity for an outgoing and motivated individual to join the team of this Ladies Fashion & Gift Boutique in Birkenshaw, now also speciallising in occassionwear & Prom in our newly opened Willow Boutique on the 1st Floor.
Applicants will be customer focussed and motivated team players, be great communicators and have an excellent eye for detail. You must have a passion for fashion & clothing and be a natural, confident ‘People Person’.
Experience in fashion retail is essential along with the confidence and skills to assist customers in Personal Styling appointments for Weddings, Events and Prom
THE ROLE:
- Customer Service
- Personal shopping & Styling
- Cashier Duties
- Merchandising & Stock Replenishment
- General Floor Duties including cleaning & tidying
- Accepting deliveries & processing
- Stockroom organising & re-stocking
- Sales advisor – aiding customers in their purchases
- Any other duties required by the Retail Supervisor or Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a similar sales environment essential
- Experience of personal shopping or one to one customer sales preferred.
- Experience of Visual Merchandising preferred
- Experience in Ladies Clothing retail essential
- Candidates should take pride in their personal appearance & have a high level of personal hygiene.
- You should be passionate about clothing & fashion.
- A good level of general education, including a good knowledge of computer and IT systems.
- Flexible, dedicated and committed
