We’re looking for compassionate, resilient and enthusiastic Residential Support Workers to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about making a genuine difference and want to work for an organisation that invests in your development, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
- Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people.
- Support young people with their daily routines, education and life skills.
- Encourage participation in activities that promote confidence, wellbeing and independence.
- Work alongside a dedicated team to provide consistent, therapeutic care.
- Safeguard and advocate for the children and young people we support.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.
What we’re looking for

1 day on and two days off- 12 hour shifts.
Experience in children’s residential care is welcomed but not essential. We value the right attitude, commitment and willingness to learn.
