Hours: 35–45 hours per week

Culture Coffee is a growing independent coffee company with stores across the North Coast. We're passionate about serving exceptional coffee, fresh food and delivering outstanding customer service. We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead our Ballymoney team.
The Role
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high standards are maintained while creating a positive environment for both customers and staff. You'll lead by example, motivate your team and help drive the continued success of the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop your team.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety.
- Manage rotas, staffing levels and labour costs.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders when required.
- Train, coach and support new and existing team members.
- Support barista, front-of-house and kitchen porter (KP) duties when required.
- Ensure company procedures and standards are followed at all times.
- Assist at other Culture Coffee stores when required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous management or supervisory experience within hospitality, cafés or retail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to lead by example.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
- A full UK driving licence and access to transport is preferred.
