Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a diverse range of breakfast items with precision and creativity, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met.
- Manage meal preparation from start to finish, including ingredient assembly, cooking, plating, and garnishing.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations and company policies.
- Assist in organizing kitchen stations for efficient workflow during busy morning hours.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and ensure timely delivery of breakfast orders.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages or needs for restocking.
- Follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including meal preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Excellent culinary skills with the ability to prepare a variety of breakfast dishes efficiently.
- Familiarity with restaurant service processes and the importance of serving quality food promptly.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and support staff.

Pay: £12.71-£19.85 per hour
