We are currently looking for a temporary Customer Service Supervisor to help cover a period of maternity leave, which we expect to last 6 months however this may be extended.
The role is contracted to 34 hours per week, Monday to Friday and will primarily be based at our Head Office in Heckmondwike, however there is flexibility to work from home for part of the week by prior agreement.
At TOG24 we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and our Customer Service team are at the forefront of this. You will be responsible for the day to day supervision of this small team, coaching and supporting the team to provide excellent service to our customers.
