Responsibilities include -
- Wash crockery and utensils
- Daily clean of kitchen areas
- Keep store areas neat and tidy
- Keep refrigeration and freezers organised
- Report failing equipment to supervisor
- Report Health & Safety hazards to Supervisor
- Communicate effectively with staff
