Duties
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide attentive assistance throughout their shopping journey
- Offer expert product knowledge and personalised recommendations to meet customer needs
- Assist with merchandising efforts by organising displays, restocking shelves, and maintaining visual appeal
- Manage transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system while ensuring efficient checkout processes
- Support with tasks such as stock management and maintaining a tidy sales floor
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional service delivery
Experience
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are key
