We're looking for an exceptional Restaurant & bar Manager (General Manager) to lead The Annex, The Malthouse, and Yard Bar in the heart of Tavistock. You will need to be able to perform in a busy restaurant & bar in Tavistock.
This isn't just another hospitality management role.
You'll be responsible for all thriving venues (and support in the set up for the next in the coming months) with loyal customers, ambitious owners and an experienced team that's passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating teams across all venues.
- Delivering outstanding guest experiences every day.
- Driving sales, profitability and operational performance.
- Recruiting, coaching and developing future leaders.
- Managing rotas, labour, stock and budgets.
- Overseeing events, private hire and service delivery.
- Ensuring legal compliance and exceptional operational standards.

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
