Kenway Homes is a bespoke housebuilder delivering high-quality, individually designed homes. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our growing team and support our sites across the region.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working on different tasks and takes pride in keeping sites organised.
The Role
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Moving and distributing materials across multiple sites
- Collecting materials from builders’ merchants and suppliers
- Assisting tradespeople as required
- Keeping sites clean, tidy, and well maintained
- Supporting site managers with general tasks
- Assisting with property handovers and final site preparation
About You
- Previous construction or labouring experience preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Able to work well as part of a team and independently
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
