About the role
We are looking for a committed, flexible and reliable Multi-Site Support Worker to join our team on a full-time, permanent contract.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will work across our supported living and community services, providing high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with a range of needs.
No two days are the same – you may be supporting different clients, in different settings, depending on the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting individuals with:
- Daily living skills (enabling)
- Personal care (where required)
- Promoting independence, safety, and wellbeing
- Working across multiple services and locations
- Providing cover for:
- Sickness
- Annual leave
- Increased support needs
- Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
Working Pattern
- Full-time permanent role
- Flexibility is essential
- You will be required to work:
- Days and/or nights (sleeping nights)
- Weekends (every other)
- Shifts will vary depending on service needs
Requirements
- ✅ Full UK driving licence
- ✅ Business insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- ✅ Flexibility to work across multiple locations
- ✅ Ability to adapt to different clients and environments
- ✅ Caring, professional and reliable approach
Experience in support work is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn is just as important.
