Van Delivery Driver (Glasgow HUB, Cambuslang)
Pay: Paid Monthly
Extra Shifts: Paid at Time and a quarter
Bonuses: Three bonus schemes:
Bi-Annual Performance Bonus.

Schedule: 4-Day Working Week | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3 days off every week)
Driving Role & Key Responsibilities
- Route & Vehicle Operations: Operate delivery vans safely across scheduled routes, adhering to traffic laws and UK driving regulations.
- Daily Vehicle Checks: Perform mandatory pre-trip digital vehicle defect checks and report maintenance issues immediately.
- Multi-Drop Deliveries: Complete timed delivery schedules for multi-component furniture, ensuring goods arrive undamaged.
- On-the-Road Safety: Maintain high driving standards, safe loading, and secure cargo restraint procedures at all times.
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the face of the company on delivery, communicating professionally with customers upon arrival.
Driver Requirements & Driving Qualifications
- Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (Required).
- Driving Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional Van Driving experience (Required).
- Clean Record: Strong driving record with a commitment to road safety and compliance.
- Physical Capability: 2 year of heavy lifting / manual handling experience (Required) to unload vehicles with a 2-person delivery partner.
- Work Authorization: Legal right to work in the UK.
