The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to support our students in accessing life-changing trips and visits across the world. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a central role in planning, organising and delivering the college’s trips, visits and international mobility projects, ensuring every experience is safe, well-managed and impactful for our students. This is a highly organised, end-to-end coordination role where you will oversee the full lifecycle of trips and visits, from initial planning and approvals through to travel arrangements, documentation and post-trip evaluation. You will ensure all activity is compliant with internal procedures, health and safety requirements, and external regulations, maintaining accurate records throughout.
A key focus of the role is the delivery of the Turing Scheme Project, where you will work closely with partner organisations, coordinate student and staff travel (including flights, accommodation and documentation), and manage project records and funding requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the planning, coordination, and delivery of the Turing Scheme and related mobility projects.
- Assist in the arrangement of domestic and international travel for staff and students, including booking flights, accommodation, and local transportation in line with project budgets and schedules.
- Contribute to the completion and management of all required documentation for college trips and visits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with institutional procedures.
- Help ensure that all trips and visits undertaken by departments across the college comply with relevant policies, health and safety standards, and external regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records and documentation, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with audit and funding requirements.

Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
- Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- A commitment to undertake any mandatory training relevant to the role.
Experience
- Experience in a high-volume coordinator role, ideally within a project or operations environment- essential.
- Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment- essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation.
- Familiarity with supporting project teams with logistical and administrative tasks.
Knowledge & Skills
- Exceptional administrative and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and document formatting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams).
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
