Proclense is looking for an ambitious, energetic Assistant Account Manager to join our Field Operations team, supporting client accounts across the Leeds and Middlesbrough area.

Responsibilities:
The Assistant Account Manager supports the day-to-day management of client accounts, helping ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality valeting services across an allocated geographic area. Working alongside experienced Account Managers, you'll build relationships with dealership teams, support site operations, and help maintain standards.
- Carry out regular site visits and quality audits to ensure service standards are consistently maintained.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, retention, and development of valeting operators in line with company policies and employment legislation.
- Ensure operational procedures and company standards are followed across all assigned sites.
- Monitor stock levels and help maintain adequate supplies of equipment, chemicals, and consumables.
- Promote and maintain compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, and company safety procedures.
- Build positive relationships with dealership management, responding promptly to feedback and resolving operational issues where appropriate.
- Work closely with the wider Field Management team to support service delivery across the region.
Skills & experience
Essential
- At least 1 years’ experience managing or supporting client accounts.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach with the ability to follow processes and work independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- At least 1 year’s experience within the automotive valeting or commercial cleaning industry.
- Experience working in a field-based operational or customer-facing role.
